Money-Back Guarantee

Our Money Back Guarantee gives you the right to request and receive a refund at any stage of your order if anything goes wrong. This includes any possible problems you might encounter and secures your interests. Our company enjoys a high customer satisfaction rate. While refund requests are rare, which is partly due to our crystal-clear Money Back Guarantee, all refund requests are processed within 10-15 business days.

  • Question 1: I want to cancel my order

    If you decide to cancel your order before we assign a writer to work on it, you receive a 100% refund. If a writer has already been assigned, and it is confirmed by order’s status bar at the top of your order page, the refund amount depends on your deadline. You can claim a 70% refund if half or less of the period has passed, and up to 50% thereafter. This is because the writer who starts on your assignment should receive the compensation for the work done.

    Please note that you cannot receive a refund for order cancellation if the paper has been partially completed (refund for the pending words can be provided) or completed and delivered to your order page on time. If the paper has been delivered within the deadline you stipulate and pay for, you can only request a refund due to quality concerns, through the Live Chat button on your order page.

    Provided you haven’t downloaded the paper and the circumstances for order cancellation were beyond your control, a partial refund up to 30% might still be considered. Such decision shall be undertaken by the Dispute Resolution Team and it entirely upon their discretion.

  • Question 2: I paid for one order twice

    If you notice that you were charged twice, and you receive two receipts from the payment processing system (PayPal.com), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email and the extra payment will be refunded in full within the shortest possible time.

  • Question 3: I accidentally placed two identical orders. What should I do?

    If you complete the payment for two identical orders by mistake, please contact us immediately to clarify the Question before we proceed with both orders. It is your responsibility to cancel any orders you do not need, before we assign a writer to work on them. Otherwise, they are regarded as regular orders and standard refund procedures apply (see Question 1).

  • Question 4: No writer was found to work on my order

    We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your paper; however, it is still possible that on rare occasions the writer is not found. If this does occur, we issue a full refund for you.

  • Question 5: My paper was late. Am I eligible for a refund?

    5.1 If lateness occurs due to the late upload of extra materials on your part, you cannot apply for a lateness refund. Please make sure all paper details and additional materials are provided upon placing the order.

    5.2 If due to some other reason the first version of a paper is delivered after the original deadline, you can request recalculation of the order price, according to the deadline for delivery. For example, an 8-hour delivery paper completed an hour late now falls into the 24-hour delivery category, and should cost less. The difference in price is refunded. If lateness occurs with a long-term order (11-14 days or longer) we refund 7% upon your request.

    5.3 If a final deliverable paper is late by more than 10% of the allocated time (i.e. in case of a 10-day Deadline, if a paper is delivered after the 11th day) even though all requirements and information needed for processing the paper had been provided with at least half the deadline in-hand (for example: for a 10-day deadline, all required documents and information have to be provided with at least 5 full days remaining for the job to be delivered within deadline. The exception to this rule is staggered delivery, where experts might have to wait for feedback from professors), we will issue a full refund within 10 working days.

    5.4 All lateness refund requests should be submitted to billing team in Live Chat section, within 5 days from the time the paper was delivered.

    5.5 The above mentioned terms are covered within On-Time Delivery Guarantee as well.

  • Question 6: The revision of my paper was late. Can I ask for a refund?

    6.1 Lateness refunds and price recalculation do not apply to revisions, since revision deadlines are set separately. Revisions need to be provided at least 3 working days, with the exception of staggered delivery, where revisions need to be provided with at least 5 working days as deadline.

    6.2 In order to avoid confusion, please make sure you choose the correct deadline when placing an order. Your final submission deadline should correspond to the date when your paper is due, and should exceed your first draft deadline by at least 40%, so that we are given a leeway for any possible revisions of your order.

    6.3 For your convenience, when you select a deadline, the system automatically calculates the time frame given and shows an estimate of your final submission deadline. If your final submission deadline does not exceed your first draft deadline by at least 40%, you should choose another option from the time frames we offer.

    6.4 If in any case, a paper is requested for revision after a period of 15 normal days from delivery, with the exception of dissertation orders, where revisions are accepted till 25 normal days after delivery, revision request cannot be complied and no refund can be processed as well.

  • Question 7: I am not fully satisfied with the quality of the paper. However, I accept it and will revise it myself. I request a partial refund.

    7.1 If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the paper you receive, you may request a free revision, or ask for a different writer to be assigned to your order. Alternatively, you can request a partial refund by submitting a ticket to the Live Chat team on your profile .

    7.2 If you choose this option, you are automatically provided with the MS Word version of the paper. You then have 10 working days to provide quantifiable justifications to back up your claim. As soon as you do that, up to 40% could be refunded at the Dispute Resolution Team’s discretion. Partial refund cannot be processed for the portion of a job that is already approved. Approval might be explicit or implicit. Giving the go-ahead to continue a job, is accepted as approval.

    7.3 Failure to provide information required for dispute resolution within 14 normal days results in cancellation of the dispute, after which no refund is possible.

    7.4 All partial refund requests should be submitted using the Live Chat button on your Profile page within 10 working days from the time the paper is approved.

  • Question 8: I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper, so I have decided to write it myself. I request a full refund.

    8.1 If you are completely dissatisfied with the quality of the paper you receive, you may request a free revision, or ask for a different writer to be assigned to your order. Alternatively, if you haven’t previously approved the paper, you can request a full refund by raising a ticket with the Live Chat team on your Profile page.

    8.2 Please note that if you choose this option, the paper we created is immediately posted online for commercial purposes. You then have 14 normal days to provide strong reasons and examples to back up your claim. You could also upload a copy of your own version of the paper as supporting evidence that our writer’s work did not meet any of your expectations. The paper you provide is discarded immediately after our review, and is not stored in our internal database or shared with any third party. As soon as you do that, up to 100% could be refunded at the Dispute Department’s discretion.

    8.3 Failure to provide information required for the dispute resolution within 14 normal days results in cancellation of the dispute, after which no refund is possible.

    8.4 In the case of a full refund request, the Company reserves the right to publish the paper online for commercial purposes. The Company keeps a copy for all orders for the purpose of process improvement.

    8.5 Customers have the opportunity to review their order and request additional corrections if necessary. However, once you press the “Approve order” button, which provides access to an editable and printable version of the paper, you cannot request a full refund. If you have at least once approved either the initial, or the revised version of your paper using the “Approve Order” button, you are only eligible for a partial refund.

    All full refund requests should be submitted through the Live Chat button on your Profile page within 14 normal days from the time the paper is delivered.

  • Question 9: I would like to receive a refund for an additional service/feature

    9.1 Staggered Delivery order: For orders using the Staggered Delivery feature, the deadline for a revision request is limited to 25 days after initial approval. Once you press the “Approve Partial” button in your Progressive Delivery and proceed to the next section of your order, you cannot request a refund for the previously approved part.

    You can receive a refund for only the last section of the order delivered to you. All parts of the order approved using “Approve Partial” button become non-refundable once we start working on the next section. We do not charge any fees for the Staggered Delivery facility. However, an order has to be of minimum 5000 words or more to be accepted for Staggered Delivery option.

    9.2 A copy of the sources used: The additional fee of $5 is to be paid for procuring the copy of sources used. This fee becomes non-refundable once the copies of the sources are delivered with your paper.

    9.3 Additional Input for New Instructions: The additional fee that is paid for work to be processed as per new instructions, other than initial instructions, is non-refundable. This fee becomes non-refundable once a paper is delivered.

  • Question 10: I received my completed paper, but forgot to approve it

    Please note you have 5 normal days to approve your order (or order milestone for orders with the Staggered Delivery feature). Time for approval is calculated automatically from the moment the last version is uploaded to your Profile page. If you fail to request a revision or to approve your order (or order part) within 5 normal days, the paper is approved automatically by the system. If a paper is automatically approved by the system, no refund is possible on that part or paper.

Revisions Policy

  • Order Instructions: Your revision directions should not be in conflict with your initial instructions. Any instructions that had not been provided earlier and changes the outcome of the paper, is charged as additional at the same rate the order was processed initially.
  • Request for Revision: You must submit your request for revision using the request for revision button on your order page in your Profile section.
  • Deadline: You can request a revision at any time before approving your order, but you have only 7 normal days after the order is initially approved to request a revision.

If you require significant alternations to the original order or request a revision 7 normal days after an order is approved, you will have to pay an extra fee. Contact our operators for an estimate.

For orders with the Pay-As-You-Get feature (most frequently full Thesis or Dissertation orders), the deadline for a revision request is limited to 25 days after initial approval.

Please note that we hold the rights to extend the deadline for revision as per the writer’s request in cases when the time frame you have initially paid for allows such extension.

When requesting a different writer, please note that additional time is needed to find a new writer, so make sure you adjust your revision deadline accordingly. We suggest you add an extra 12 hours to the deadline for the new writer.
